Darren Ruel
Owner & Founder
Darren Ruel is the founder of DivestStone Transaction Advisors and brings more than 30 years of experience in business management, investment, and finance. His background includes extensive work in M&A and Business Brokerage, a decade as a successful portfolio manager for a private investment company, and ownership of both a wholesale décor business and a thriving personal fitness training company.
Drawing on this diverse expertise, Darren is passionate about helping business owners and buyers achieve successful transitions. He specializes in managing the sale of mid-sized businesses and partners closely with owners to identify the right buyers. Darren oversees every stage of the transaction process, from the initial review and assessment of the business through to closing, so that sellers can remain focused on operating their business while he manages the complexities of the deal.
Darren holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Business Intermediary, an Accredited Senior Business Broker, and a Certified Main Street Business Broker.
